This was the best vehicle buying experience I have ever had. Our salesperson, Samantha, was outstanding. The Equinox starting and shifting is s different than the Edge. Sam spent a long time showing and explaining all the features of the new car. I even stopped at the dealership today to have her show me things I had forgotten.

Brad Lancaster is the service advisor that assisted me from drop off to pick up. He kept me advised what was going to have to happen with a puzzeling electrical issue. (THEY ALWAYS ARE). He and the technicians returned the car running with no dash light! Success! Everyone I encountered was nice, polite, and friendly. Paying the bill was not as painful as I thought it was going to be either. I will return.

I just came in for an oil change but I needed to bring my 2 1/2 year old granddaughter with me. What a wonderful environment for her. She was very happy with her donut and apple juice box which was in the waiting room. We loved the little playroom that was provided there. When we were checking out she noticed the popcorn machine so then she had popcorn. When we got into my vehicle she said, "I had so much fun". That to me was well worth the time we spent there. I worked a good deal with Basil Fredonia for a 2021 Chevy Silverado. They offered a great trade in for my existing vehicle. However, prep on the vehicle was poor. The truck was not washed or detailed prior to delivery and came with a broken set of windshield wipers. Salesmen Brett and George were very efficient and courteous.
