It’s not easy selling a vehicle to someone who hasn’t bought one in 10 years, knows what she doesn’t want and doesn’t have a clue what she does. It was a pleasure purchasing from Basil Fredonia, and working with Samantha. She was super informative, and easy to speak with. The whole process was super quick and she explained things to where i could understand and not feel like im signing my life away. I’d say i was in and out within a few hours and drove away in a new truck.

They're amazing fast friendly service

Took a bit to talk with finance guy and had no knowledge of why until I asked why it was taking so long. There is no rush about them doing anything there but they did work with me on what I wanted and needed.

They were amazing today. Long story short I was having a hard time with a certain place to get my tires put on and when I came to Basils for help they were more than helpful. They made a very stressful situations much better and I couldn't thank them enough. They did everything they could to help me out and I left very happy. Thank you so much for your time and effort.

I’ve always been very pleased with Basils work performed on my vehicle that I bought at Basils but I gotta admit I was disappointed that my last visit my ordered parts were sold to someone else, I was not informed about this prior to my appointment for repairs and I had to have the repairs rescheduled for the following week. I felt sorry for the employee that had to tell me but the work is done and alls well
